By submitting to the Cumberland Art Bank Acquisition 2024, I affirm that I have read the entire submission guidelines, and I agree to be bound by all terms outlined in it. I agree that I meet the definition of professional Artist as defined by the submission guidelines. I understand that I am expected to relinquish reproduction rights should my work be purchased. A limited reproduction of 50 artist-signed prints will be authorized by Parrsboro Creative. Any further reproduction must be approved by myself. Should I sell a submitted artwork prior to the Art Bank decision, I will inform CAB of my withdrawal of the work from competition.
