ENTRY FEE: $15
Open to all artists. Entry fees are waived for juried participants and youth under 18.
All other participants must enter with a $15 fee.

What do you need? Here are our recommendations:

• Painting and drawing medium of your choice

• Paint brushes

• Palette, if applicable

• Water & Rinsing Containers

• Apron and Rags (Cloth or Paper Towels)

• Your own easel for display

• Other useful items: sunblock, water bottle, extra clothing layers and hat or umbrella
  
  

1. STAMPING CANVASES from 11 am - 12 pm
   Bring your own blank canvas or watercolour paper to be stamped by festival staff and volunteers.
   
   

2. QUICK DRAW CONTEST BEGINS from 12 pm to 2 pm
   Participants are required to paint within Quick Draw Boundaries as indicated on the provided map.
   We are only able to accept 1 painting/entry per participant.
   
   

3. ARTWORK ON DISPLAY from 2 pm to 4:30 pm
   The painting/entry by the participants must be displayed on easel (framing not required), ready for judging at the Bandstand by 2:30 pm.
   
   

4. JUDGING from 2:30 - 3 pm by William Rogers

   William Rogers is an accomplished Plein Air Artist and our PIPAF Honourary Chairman.
   
   

5. Awards Announced at 3:15 - 3:30 pm
