Annual General Meeting
Please be advised that the Parrsboro Creative Arts Association will hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday June 26, 2024, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at our office at 223 Main Street in Parrsboro.
Matters to be considered include:
President’s Report
Annual Report for the year ending December 31, 2023
Consideration of the Financial Statement, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Plans for future activities
Election of Directors
The agenda and financial report will be circulated in advance. Other materials will be available when you register at the meeting.
Any paid up members are entitled to vote at the meeting. Note that if you are the representative for more than one member business or organization, you are only entitled to one vote. Memberships may be purchased and/or renewed by cash or cheque prior to the start of the meeting (please come early).
Light refreshment will be available.
